Peruvian-Japanese adventure on my plate

I lately had the honour to meet one of the most famous Japanese chefs and was stunned by this unique Peruvian-Japanese culinary adventure. Nobu Matsuhisa, the master himself, inaugurated his latest addition to his Matsuhisa restaurants around the world: The Matsuhisa Paris at Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris! A seven course degustation menu was the full revelation of his wide array of signatures dishes that hardly can be topped: Black Cod, Algae Tacos with Black Truffle, Crispy Oysters with Caviar, Wagyu Beef with Foie Gras Ravioli and Ponzu sauce just to name a few. Breathtaking! And the best thing was to meet a very humble person full of joy of life and passion for his work. Kanpai Mr. Nobu !
