Persian, Russian, Moroccan, Arabian combined with French, Spanish and Italian influences – short Neni Restaurant! Israel-born and virtuoso chef Haya Molcho opened her first restaurant at Vienna’s “Naschmarkt” – since then several have followed such as the Neni at 25hours hotel Berlin and 25 hours hotel Zurich. Neni stands for the initials of Haya’s four sons, Nuriel, Elior, Nadir and Ilan and together with them she is her brand’s best ambassador. You’ll find her face on flyers, she is a passionate interview partner.
